Anyone had experience with Shure Beta 58?

Hello again!! I am looking into buying a Shure Beta SM 58 for live use, mainly, and I was wondering if anyone has used it and has any comments or complaints about it. Thanks to all in advance!!

You say SM58 but your thread title specifies Beta 58 - so which is it? Either way they're both pretty good for the job. Get the Beta if you have a weaker voice.

hehe, sorry about that. I'm talking about the Beta 58. I have a decently strong voice, but I'm just kind of looking to get the best mic I can for live use, and probably small recording such as demos. But, if there's not enough difference between the two for a $50 price difference, then I'll probably just go with an SM. Thanks and sorry about that!!
