Anyone Ever Use This???

I've been lookin at the korg Pad kontrol unit for 199.00 and i was wondering if anyone has this or has used this item before, the description pretty much tells me what i can do with it but as always desriptions are always lackin you know? so if anyone has lemme know if i should cop it or not

It's a good, solid piece with a lot to recommend it - an x-y pad, the ability to do rolls and flams just by pressing down on a pad and some nice lighted buttons.

But the midi implementation is not there yet.

What I mean by that is I used it with Reason, and every 2nd or 3rd or 4th time I would minimize the program to use another one --- it was THAT unpredictable --- it would come back up dead. Not dead so the machine itself turned off, just dead so Reason wasn't responding anymore.

I took mine back to Guitar Center.
