My new Les Paul has P-100's(stacked version of the P-90)and I'd like to put conventional Humbuckers in there.Can this be done w/o modification(or w/ minimal modification)?

No I don't think so..Different size you've gotta cut...P90's are great..don't know the P100's..I got the 90's in my Jr. I love it!
