Not really the right forum, I suppose, but I don't really think there is one.
I was just wondering if anyone else here deals with these guys?
The reason I ask is because I've been dealing with them for about a year now and have had to consistently hold their hand and point them to any entitlements I have.
Even when I do that I'm not getting paid in full and I have to go back and tell them again.
It seems I say "I have registered works and am aware of airplay that hasn't been reported or paid"
and they say
"Ok, we found it. In future just make sure your works are registered so this won't happen again."
Then I don't get paid!
Being that payments are quarterly and email responses might take 48 hours a go, it's a pretty drawn out process.
Anyway, I'm just wondering if this is par for the course.
If I wasn't chasing this I'd be getting about half of what i'm owed, and I don't imagine everyone has the time to keep tabs.
That's PRS's job, right?
