i had a steinberger clone (hohner) guitar for years. i used it for recording and for live performance. then i switched to left handed and bought an american standard strat which i adore, although i'd often thought of getting a lefty stein' spirit because they skank better than the strat which has a more bell like tone.
anyway, i decided about 1 year ago to learn to play the bass, so i bought an ibanez sgr300, but now i want a stein. anyone still playing one? how much is a good price to pay? i haven't decided whether to get a "steinberger" or a "steinberger spirit" series bass.
