Anybody Interested in some Used PA Stuff?

I am currently renovating my church's sound system, and will have a lot of stuff to sell. It's not the BEST stuff in the world, but it's a very good start for those on a low budget. If you're interested, e-mail me with an offer. I won't have anything for a couple of months, after we start buying stuff.

Two things....................firstly, this thread should have been posted in the "Equipment For Sale" forum thingy............Secondly, let me know what model the AT condensers are please.

D'OH! I always find out about these other forums AFTER I post!

I checked and those condensors are the older AT3031. It has less buttons on it.

And the other audiotechnicas on there are the equivalent of the AT853's, not 8035's, (another CLOSE guess).

PLEASE REMEMBER NONE OF THIS STUFF WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR A FEW MONTHS, E-MAIL ME AND TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT, HOW MUCH YOU WILL PAY, AND WE'LL GO FROM THERE.

Whad'dya mean "older 3031", the AT 30-series was new for 2001 - and the 3031 is only a 1-1.5 year old mic -- it only had a single version!
 
Tyler, if you are just renovating the church sound system, why on earth are you getting rid of all their mic's? Keep the sm58's and feed some homeless people ;).

They're what they had before those. They look exactly the same, and the model number is pretty close.

The reason we're getting rid of the 58's are we're getting shure UHF series wireless with beta87a heads, so we're going to buy corded beta87a's, also. Sucks for you if you're homeless.

I'm not sure about the peaveys, but the JBL's, which are great amps by the way, (jbl just was never known for their amps), are 150 per side, 300, and 600 watts per side. One of the peaveys is very small, I suspect 75 to 100 per side. The other two peaveys are the CS800 series, which is 240 watts per side into 8 ohms, and the other is an older model which they no longer sell, its a 70 volt one, I have transformers for it too. Its just running Control 25s right now, and I think its around 200 watts per side.

Ah yes, I believe that is in James somewhere "True and undefiled religion is this: having a bad ass sound system. Sucks to the fatherless and widow."

Tyler, if your church has the budget to shell out big bucks for a sound system, I'm sure there is a church w/o big bucks or a boys and girls club or something else that would be thrilled with that stuff. You could create a couple nice little sound systems. Donate it brother, don't make a buck on the Lord's sm58's :D .
 
That's the other thing we might do, but theres not really a lot of churches in town that have less money than we do, so, ya know how it goes.

Maybe he meant to say "4031"?
