My buddy wants to change the look of his Framus cab with a new grill! However, he's got no idea how to remove it / put on a new one. If anybody has any idea how to do this, or can find any good tutorials online, my google searches came up empty! :)

I have one amp that has like a rubber seal holding the fabric in place. Like a window screen does. On that one I could just remove the rubber edging and the fabric should come off. If the cab back can be removed it might give you an idea how its attached. I also had some cabs that had a metal frame around the fabric and the whole thing was velcroed to the cab. Take it apart :)

I re-grilled my vintage Marshall cab. It comes out through the back. Had to remove the handles, which was a pain. Removing and installing the new grille cloth wasn't so bad though. Mine was the checkerboard pattern,so I had to pay attention to keep it straight as I stretched and stapled. Make sure whatever material you use doesn't stretch after you put it in. Most commercial grillecloths are designed for this. If you use some other kind of fabric you'll probably have to re-stretch it after a day or two. Good luck!
