Edirol ua-25 USB vs. e-mu 0404, any thoughts?

I'm going to be buying a new interface and after a lot of research I've narrowed it down to 2 devices:

Edirol ua-25 USB

e-mu 0404

Right now I'm leaning towards the e-mu because all the positive reviews and good specs but still not sure.

Does anyone have any experience with either of these?

If you curious, I have dont extensive research on USB and firewire interfaces in the price range of $150 to $250. I thought I would share what I found

I've decided on the E-mu 0404 USB. The reviews are exceptional. It's going to be a little while until I pick it up but I'll post again with my "review" after I recieve it.

Some of the others that seemed pretty good were:

focusrite saffire 6 usb
presonus firebox
native instruments audio kontrol 1
cakewalk edirol ua-25ex usb

The other interfaces I considered were

m-audio fast track pro mobile
tascam us-144 mkii
presonus audiobox usb

The e-mu seemed to stand out as far as quality of components and it seems the drivers support vista. Hopefully this will help!
