Any feedback on Waveterminal 192L or 192X?

I've been looking at an ESI (Ego) Waveterminal 192X card that boasts some pretty good specs. But, as usual, need to hear from users to know if the card measures up.

Anybody out there know or hear anything?

One of my friends owns one (a 192X) and uses it to good effect with Cubase SX. He previously had the Waveterminal 2496, and continues with the ESI series for the quality of the drivers, which I have to admit is very good. Very stable, and very VERY flexible routing.

OTOH, I think there are better deals out there...what with the Delta series being so cheap now (You can get a Delta 66 for less than 200) and the E-mu's offering a lot of physical connections.
