Your sound quality is getting better but you need to work on your rhythm timing. It's beyond the acceptable level of deviation by most western standards. Spend some quality time with your drum machine. ;)

Are the drums really that way off! I must need to train my ear a little better.

Are there any specifics that you can point me to so that I can start somewhere, or is it just overall, in general bad and off rythym.

Also, any thoughts on the electric guit that comes in during the break. I achieved the effect I was going for, but there's something in there that's not hitting me right. I can't put my finger on it.
 
I dont think he has a timing problem that is all that bad I think the main problem is the beat that was used for the song.

I would try and use something that is alot more basic that doesnt have all that fancy kick drum going on. It distracts from the song.
Keep it simple. Other than that good job
 
I actually used the session drummer option in HS2004XL on this.

I am going to go back and program a more basic beat from scratch this time.
