ok, taking some of the advice I got from the last track, I have applied those ideas to this track(once I get all 10 songs completed, then I'll go back and remix them together using the little bits of info I'm getting from each one of these).

The new song is Awakened.
I've adjusted the frequencies on the vocals, worked on humanizing the drums and upped the fuel to the guitar tracks.
Basically, it's more of the same - highly reminiscent of the NWOBHM, without actually sounding like any band in particular. This one has lead playing on it, and be warned I am not a fan of the current model of sound alike guitarists that seem to be in every metal band these days. The lead playing is based on 2 ideas: harmonica playing and as a match to the vocal approach. It owes much more to Buck Dharma, Robert Quine, Reeves Gabrels and Dave Davies than it does to Van Halen, Satriani or Malmsteen.
So please, assist me in making my tracks sound 'bigger', 'livelier' and all around more 'rocking'.
