I have two questions, actually....
1: When initially setting levels in CEP2.0 (While transferring old 4trk recordings from a 424MKII direct through an Audiowerk2 s/c) I try and get peaks at about -3 on the CEP meters.
But as soon as I hit record and upon playback the levels shown on the meters drop several decibles.
Cant figure out why.......could it be a processing problem??.
Running an AMD 550 k3 w 385mb RAM.
Also.....2: There is distortion on the recorded track even though I show no clipping at all.......its a steady distortion, not just occasional.............is this jitter????? or offset????
