You need to get in where you fit in. Just because you have the desire and passion to rap, you don't have the talent. Maybe you need to exploit and contribute in some other area of the game.

Can't you tell when you hear some people stuff, it sounds like they belong? They might need to fine tune this or that, but you can tell they got it! My flow is garbage, so I can't talk. But that is why I don't rap either......Let me ask you this: When you listen to yourself, do you hear a nice flow? I'm just curious....................

getting practice recording vocals is a great thing...
i can't rap either... trust me... though, i do have fun sometimes freestyling when i'm at parties..
trust me.. work on getting the vocals captured in crystal clear ground shattering fashion... that's what you need to be doing... you sound like you're in a cave...

It's not a matter of me (us) thinking you're bad, as much as it is what you think of yourself. I mean, if your dead serious, take advice from people who do what you're trying to do. Be your worst critic!
Now be honest, if someone else posted that, what would you say?

It's kinda hard for me to get crystal clear vocals...and I record in my room, nothing special for me. And that beat is from Confessions by 2pac.
Actually the "cave" sounding vocals might be from my horrible attempt at adding reverb. I'll re-up this without it...
Oh I know I need to take those steps...but when I put something up I don't expect you guys to think I'm the next 2pac. I'm just kinda asking for feedback on my progress so far.
But I'll give it one more shot, probably using the July 25 beat on my soundclick.
