Excellent.......I'm a huge Dylan fan and you captured that tune...no nits, just a request to do more!

That was awesome.

I'd like to hear the other tunes, too. ;)

ya man diggin that big time you did the song justice ;) , im a bid dylan, lennon and young fan

post the other songs.....

Always good fun to hear Bob Dylan covers on the threads. Well played. Is it standard tuning or alternate? Your bass is pretty damn good.

Sweet...what a great recording.

I am actually much more familiar with the Garcia Band version of this tune (I know...you're probably cringing right now...sacrilege!) so the phrasing of the vocals and the tempo are unfamiliar to me, but I suspect this is much more faithful to the original.

Your voice sounds great as do the instuments. Crystal clear with tastefully applied reverb.

Thanks for the comments, everyone.

Monkey Allen - The guitar is tuned to open D and then I slapped a capo onto the 2nd fret, so it's in open E, I guess. I believe this is what Dylan did when he recorded this song for Blood on the Tracks.

yeah liked it...the harmonica or harp... nice acoustic rythm.

how did you record the harmonica?

Just a good old V67g.

Wow!

What is the signal chain on the vocals? For that matter, same question on the guitar.

This sounds very, very nice!

TelePaul - I did The Needle and the Damage Done and Helpless. Next time I'm at the school library (which has a quicker connection than my apartment) I will upload them.

Freudian Slip - The vocals were just a V67g into a Firepod. The guitar was my friend's Seagull > Pair of Naiant MSH-1Os > Firepod.

I really appreciate you guys taking a listen.

Excellent, really, really excellent. I love this song and this is a quite brilliant version of it. For me its flawless.

That was excellent!

Listening to it was the most enjoyable 4 minutes and 44 seconds that I have had all day! :)
