Hello, my bad....I have a question that is probably obvious as fuck.
The only compressor that I have at my dissposal is the one in Sounge Forge 4.5. It's all I got and will have for a while. So, I've done some reading up on compressors. I understand what the attack and release do. I understand what a compressor does. I understand how to use it as a limiter.
The controls that my SF compressor has are:
input gain, output gain, threshhold, attack, and release.
How do I plug in a ratio...say 4:1 or 2:1?
Do some compressors have a "Ratio Button"? or do I have to get my brain off it's lazy ass and figure it out myself?
