Are there any upgrade offers for this. It really annoys/angers me that I only bought Cubase VST last August and there dont seem to be any decent upgrade offers to upgrade to either SL or SX.

Hey Alchemist3k, your on the other side of the pond from me it looks like, but I know that Steinberg America offers upgrades. I went to the Steinberg UK and found a pricelist for ya. The upgrades are even cheaper than the Logic Crossgrades, and if you have VST 5.0 or higher they let you keep your old software and your precious dongle

It appearently won't let me link directly there, you will have to click on "upgrades" at the bottom of the screen...
also "my bad" on it being a better upgrade than the Logic crossgrade...for SX it appears to be the same price whether your upgrading VST or crossgrading from Logic (although if your upgrading VST Score, or 32VST it's cheaper). SL is a bit cheaper. I did not have my pounds to dollar ratio manual out when I looked and thought that the upgrade looked cheaper than the logic crossgrade. Doh!
