With an analog Behringer 32-8 bus mixer, how do we go to a digital program like pro tools, keeping our analog buss and aux sends to record multiple tracks/channels simultaneously? All the cards and interfaces seem to have stereo ins and outs. What should our next software/hardware purchase be to replace an analog 8-track with a computer-based multitracker. We don't want to use ADAT. Would a MOTU 24i retain the analog input possibilities we want? HELP!!!

Be prepared for a potential back-order. I ordered an 824 two weeks ago and it's shipping as of today. I'm drooling on my desk... been recording through my built-in ESS Maestro sound-card for months.
