Honey they ain’t got a thing on me
I’m so happy safe and sound
Living down here in the underground
Lord it ain’t pretty but it sure is fun
Lots of little goodies for everyone
Baby it’s yours if it’s what you found
That’s the way it is in the underground
Man, you ain’t got a thing to fear
Forget those crazy noises you hear
Never a moment without a sound
Living down here in the underground
Man, you never know just what you’ll see
Why don’t you take a little tip from me
Keep your eyes always looking down
While you’re living down here in the underground
No, you never want to get yourself exposed
Always got to wear some inconspicuous clothes
So you’re never noticed while you’re hanging around
That’s the way it is in the underground
Never speak to someone who’s stranger than you
While you’re living down here that’s the golden rule
And don’t you ever dare take a step out of bounds

Man, I hope you listened to what I said
Better follow my advice or you’ll end up dead
Lots of better people have end up drowned
You never know who’s watching in the underground
