I was playing around with the piano over Christmas break and decided to try my hand at an instrumental. The piano is Sampletank using their own reverb that sounds pretty cool. I added an acoustic guitar part to give it some rhythm and bass. The other reverb is a chamber preset in Valhalla Room. Love that sound. I am going to market this on youliscense and the like. I figure I'll need a few more to have a body of work, but this is a start.

Hi Tom, it's a pleasant song and I have few suggestions for you to consider. Just a few little things caught my ear... when the piano plays higher notes it sounds a bit honky-tonk (discordant) - you might consider trying another piano patch. The timing of the guitar is a bit loose in spots, so you might want to edit it to synch better with the piano. To me, the guitar sounded a bit too "clickly" for this kind of song, so maybe try different compression settings to get less attack and more sustain? Also, listening on headphones the single guitar off to the side was a bit distracting, so you might double it or try a mono-to-stereo plugin to spread it out. Also I didn't hear any drums and I thought some gentle brush snare might be nice. Hope you find these suggestions helpful.
