Amps without Presence control

What do you all do when you want to add some presence when your amp (combo in my case) doesn't have a Presence control?

The sound is a little Marshall-ey now (well, it's a little Marshall) and I'm trying to squeeze a little more "twang" out of it.

Any pedals that would be useful? BBE Sonic maximizer or something?

Thanks.

Isn't 'Presence' just high band EQ? Turning up the highs isn't working? What type of guitar are you using? Twang means you need a Tele ;)

I use a Parker.
It's set to use the humbucker for the beefiness, mixed with the piezo for some twang.

I'm trying for more twang/clarity but still plenty of beef :)

I can get the beefy-twang sound I like out of my V-Amp (Marshall JCM800 preset) with the presence maxed out.

I'm trying to see if I can get a similar sound out of my combo amp. I can pretty much dial in that dark/beefy Marshall sound I like. But the piezo's don't cut through like they do with the V-Amp.
