Amp Isolation Box

I want to build an isolation box in my garage to record my cranked Fender Twin Amp in. It needs to be very dense I imagine in order to keep sound as quiet as possible outside of it, but I don't want something so heavy I can't move it. Any ideas?

Also what does anyone think of using cinderblock and just stacking it (not cemented) into a cube and building some fantastic lid?

What kind of sound are you trying to get with an iso box? Cynder block is pretty reflective and may result in a louder amp than what you started with. Foam, egg crates, matress, rugs theese will help give more isolation because the are less reflective. The best thing I've ever seen for this was a sand filled gobo. It was heavy and bulky but man did it work.
