The snare volume is not consistent enough when it first starts, then it goes too quiet, and when the song explodes it's way too loud. The drums are not embedded into the song well enough. At that point the guitars and bass and bass turn into a bit of a muddled mess too. Your tracks sound alright, minus the clicks. I think you need to differentiate their frequencies better first (esp. the bass) and then take care of their relative loudness. I'm no expert but that's what I'd do if I had to work on this.

as far as snare volume in the beginning goes:

the guitarist plays an extra snare and floor tom in both that beginning piece and the piece at the end. the extra snare and tom were recorded twice and panned hard left and right. the drop in volume you hear is when those extra drums stop playing leaving only the drum kit playing

I hear a pop at 31 seconds. Is that one you talked about? It sounds like the start of one of the new tracks, where there's signal on the track...and it makes a pop. The easy fix is to draw a fade-in curve on the opening just long enough to kill the pop...a few MS's

yeah it turns out some of the pops were on the guitar and bass track, i was able to get rid of some of them by automating the volume down and quickly back up again, but some of them i cant get rid of without it sounding terrible:(

If all the clicks are at the start of the audio you should be able to. Zoom in.
