I need to record one mic, and one acoustic guitar signal.

The mic is direct and the guitar is being sent from a direct box.

I've decided that im going to record direct to my PC and mix it with software, I havent decided which program yet.

What do I need to be able to hook my acoustic guitar signal and a mic up to my computer so I can mix it with the software.

I just found this:

Would this be what I need?

I would rethink recording the guitar direct unless you just want to document some song demos. You will get a much more realistic acoustic sound with a decent condensor mic.

No matter what you will need a good sound card. Delta makes some good cards for different requirements. Just because you are recording yourself though dont limit yourself to 2 tracks at a time. There are many methods for recording guitar with 2-4 mics that sound awesome and you may want to try after you get bored with a basic DI sound.
