Really good work, man.
The guitar part is so catchy and your singing is just right that this song doesn't need a lot of segments to it.
However, looking into the "music production for Dummies" book in my head, I would offer that the last choruses segment should have something added, like maybe a wah guitar, or a screech guitar in the back, or even that stick percussion used just before it. I usually hate it when songs add a solo vocal to the last chorus that sings the words - in this case it would be "Are you listening?" sang across 3 bars or so. You could try it here, though.
Other than that, I might sharpen the snare, less "fat", to seperate it a bit from the rest of the mix, and maybe put some drum fills in just for fun. But these things would change the dynamic of the song, which is a REALLY blended together melody that really flows: vocals, guitar are in great harmony.
Edit: Bass doesn't sound too loud either, especially in the non-chorus parts.
