almost 1 second delay in logic delta

Alright, I have an omni-studio (delta 66) soundcard and mic pre's. I record in cubase, and it gives me this really long delay and i can hear it through the headphones. So I click global disable, and it goes off. Then I record in Logic Delta, and it does the same thing. I have absolutely no clue how to do the same thing in this program. HELP!!!
 
is there an ability in logic delta to turn off software monitoring?

Try that if its there.
