Okay, I posted one song a day or two ago and now I have the other two 'completed.' These had to be thrown together for tomorrow because they needed them for a demo type thing, but now I want you guys to check them out and let me know what's up and what you think I could change. I know the guitar sounds HELLA muddy, but when I take the second guitar out and leave the first it sound really really clear. I think I'm going to take out the second and retrack it sometime to get a better sound.

I used:
N-track
Omni Studio with Delta 66
PreSonus Bluetube Pre
Alesis M1s

Vocals: V67g
Guitar: sm57
bass: direct mixed with miced (D112)
Drums: ecm8000 ohs, sm57 snared, d112 kick

And here are the songs:

I listened to "Burn." The song is cool but the recording is very bad... I dont know how to tell you to make it better, but a start would be redoing the guitar with a different sound.. It doesnt sound good and the drums are buried....the bass is almost not there...actually now I here it a little... There are many problems like tuning...

the tune is cool but the recording is not good.. maybe someone smarter can help you..

not bad for a wash of distortion, some reverby screaming vocals and some drums peeking out of the left and right speakers every now and then. (1st tune)

I switched the song order because I thought Lemmings came out better than the rest and nobody's download more than the first song. So yeah. Try Lemmings...

Lemmings

The bass and drums are mud to my ears.
The bass is low volume, muffled and muddy. It needs more punch and clarity - volume and maybe some increased midrange eq.

I can't even hear the kick except at the very start - when the voices come in it's completely lost. The rest of the drums are very muddy too.

I think if you clean up the rhythm section the voices and guitars will sound ok.
