so Id either apologise for being silly enough to get bent out of shape over nothing, people here may still choose to help you if you join the community...or seek elsewhere where people are willing to critique 20 mixes with no input from the author whatsoever, because it isnt any of the other music sites Im a member of....

I was just a new member wanting some feedback then some guy says because I don't have posts I won't get any mainly. Yea, I was in the wrong. I find out the guy isn't just a douche to me but a lot of people. So whatever.

You may not like hearing this, but you got off on the wrong foot. With absolutely no sense of the community you jumped in and said "hey check all this out."

I'm sure you didn't mean to offend--but like it or not, you did. And then you get defensive--very much so. Like I said, off on the wrong foot.

And that's a shame. 'Cause this is a great community. With tons to learn. If I were you, I'd change my user name, and come back as someone else--one song at a time.

Thanks for putting that in there Strat. It pretty much sums it up. This place is worth it, but you've got to put into the community to take anything from it.
