Alesis Q25 Midi Controller DRIVER NOT FOUND, NOT WORKING OVERALL.

hello. I purchused a alesis Q25 midi controller, I inserted the usb connection into my windows 7 64 bit computer. I get a message saying usb computability found. But driver device no found. The midi controller isnt recognized in ableton or pro-tools.
I may be doing something wrong.
please could you help me if you know how to set it up right.

I have tried it on windows vista and it installs and is recognized in protools and ableton.

hey mate,

I've recently bought a alesis photon and have the same problem with W7 64bit. I think it's just that these keyboard are not supported by Windows 7. Even more annoying if that they didnt release drivers for these machines, so you cant even do the install compatibility (under a diff o/s). I'm trying to sort it out but its not looking good. Ill let you know if I find out. So annoying.
