I have an Alesis Multimix 8USB for my microphone preamp. It is fairly quiet, but I don't know how good it is really. Has anyone compared this to other preamps like the M-Audio DMP3 etc? I wish I had instead bought the M-Audio DMP3 after reading about it here.
Just wondering if it sucks or not.. perhaps I should buy an M-Audio still.. I dunno. Or maybe something in the under 500 dollar range.
Any help would be appreciated thanks.
