Is the Alesis Midiverb 4 recommended by anyone? Having read reviews about the Alesis Quadraverb 2 and the Alesis Q20 I am a bit put off by the amount of programming required. I just want to have some good reverb and delay effects that are better than those built into my Zoom MRS 1044 multitrack recorder.
At this stage I don't want to spend £900 or so on a reverb/delay/effects unit, so what are the recommendations for other brands?
I don't mind spending up to £300 for a new unit, if something like a Midiverb 4 has a good track record (no pun intended) then around £200 saved by buying one of the many secondhand Midiverbs up for grabs can be spent on other items needed for my little studio.
What do you think guys?
Bazza.
