Alesis DM5 problem

Hello everyone
I have a dm5 module. it have two main problems:
1.non of the trigger inputs triggering the module
2. when i want to play a demo drum set by pressing "drum set" and " preview" button together , i don't hear nothing , but it shows on the lcd " playing demo..."
When i connect a midi keyboard to the module it works and i hear the drums.

Any suggestions?

1. Reinitialize by powering up while holding Voice and Output.
2. Check the power supply. If you are using the wrong power supply, it may look like it's working but not have audio. The Alesis power supply is AC output, if you are using a DC output adapter it will not function correctly.

I used DC output power supply , i belive that is the problem , i will try to find AC output power supply.
