Albums Vs. Mixtapes

As for me I prefer albums over a mixtape... I would like mixtapes if they actually put the time to make the sound quality better. Do anyone still buy mixtapes even with all the free mixtape sites out these days?

actually yes!

my team and I are in the process of hanging this now. I agree that the sound of an album is always top notch first and foremost over a mixtapes but that isn't always the case (drake, lil wayne, t.i., etc.) there are alot of mixtapes that sound amazing. The problem with the sound quality of a mixtape is the fact that everyone is used to just getting the music as it is given to them and not saying anything more about it (bad consumer ) but now more and more original tracks are popping up on mixtapes that major labels aren't connected to and those tracks now have to serve double duty as both an artist intro to the world and single for promotional uses. Trust me fam it'll get better
