Album Intro - 'Terra'

I've just started mixing my first album's-worth of material - this short number is the first track. What do you think of the mix - does it sound professional? What would you change?

The center rhythm guitar clashes too much with the lead guitar. It needs some panning/space, maybe nudge it slightly left since you have another more sparse rhythm already on the right.

I'm not digging the fade. Unless it goes straight into a hard-rocking song, the fade just sounds like you didn't know how to finish so just cut the tune off.

Vomithat, it was originally a longer song, but I split it off into a second track. I might think about joining them up again. I'll post here when it's done.

do the panned guitars at he end of the song blend together nicely? I think I used to much OD.

Songwise, it's took a long time to get to the point, sort of like the way Shine On took. In fact, it reminds me of it a bit.

I hear a lot of conflict between the 2 panned guitars - they are masking each other. Too much in the same octaves, I'd surmise.

I do like what you've done with the effects, but the 2 panned guitars have cancelled that out and it becomes a bit frustrating to listen to.
