Hi guys!
I´m looking for a good pair of headphones for mixing and mastering for under $300. I know that nothing can beat a good pair of studio monitors but its good to have both.
I have a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-M40FS. They are cheap and work fine but I cannot hear the bass or the kick drum; so I need something that can handle a better low-frequency.
I´ve been doing a lot of research but I´m still unable to decide. Should I go with open, closed, semi open?
These are some of the headphones I´ve been looking at:
-Sennheiser HD-280 PRO
-AKG K702
-Shure SRH940
-Beyerdynamic DT-880 Pro
-Audio-Technica ATH-M50
What do you think about those? Do you have any other recommendation?
Thanks!
