AKAI EIE audio/MIDI interface with USB hub, Love it or hate it let me know!

So I've been looking at various audio interfaces currently got the presonus audiobox USB which to be frank I really don't like but anyway I'm looking to upgrade to have four inputs both jack and XRL and came across the AKAI EIE audio/MIDI interface with USB hub and heard alot of good things about it, just wanted to get some thought on it before I buy it, so please comment.

Thanks for that looks like its a good interface but the drivers for it are useless so as much as it looks awesokme gonna have to give it a miss

Man I've been using the EIE PRO for a few months now, and I love it! It really fits everything I need. It's definitely worthwhile!

Tim, where were you when I was considering buying that interface...aw well, no problem anyway. Drove me to the US-1800 and now I have huge I/O and midi and 8 preamps and a nice rackmout in my studio desk...
