Akai 1700 belt replacement

Is there anyone who could give me basic instructions on how to replace the belt on this machine? I have removed the start and run capacitors, and I'm going to replace both. I thought since I was into it, I would replace the belt, it is obviously loose.

OK you guys, I know I'm a newbie, but I don't want to screw this up. I would like to know what's the best way to replace belt on one of my Akai 1700's. I've got the front cover off and the case off. I've got the two motor capacitors on order(both were bad).
