I'm using Cubase AI4. When I open VST Connections, I only see the input and output tabs. No group-fx, external-fx, or the others. Should I have them?

Group/FX channels will not be listed there. These are software busses within Cubase that are routed between the VST in's and out's. External effects will be sent to by an output buss via VST connections.
