Great live recording! I'm dancing at work! drawing some rather strange looks. Bass sounds a little heavy, but I'm listening on brand new bookshelf speakers so it's hard to judge.

A lot going on in this tune and you did a good job of keeping things seperated......it lacks high end though.....really mid rangy.I cant really hear any high end at all.Kinda like a blanket is thrown over my speakers.

Good job tracking this nonetheless.

meshugahh, or should I call you hero. This stuff sounds GREAT

funk on

Move over Eddie Kramer...the new King of Live Recording is here.....everything seems just right to me......

Oh man.....this is cool! A little bass heavy indeed but I do have enough highs on my speakers. Really really cool......I love that African style. I'll bet this was a fun gig. Cool how you got all the instruments balanced so you can choose any one of them and pick it right out......good recording job! :)

Thanks a lot, all of you.
This was indeed a very nice show. These guys are the most pro band I've ever mixed live. I did mix them a couple of years earlier on the same event, so I made damn sure to bring my HD24 this time. The place was crowded, 1.5 hours non-stop dancing. Kinda got old in the end, 'cause I hardly had to push a fader..

It might be a little bit heavy on the bass, because I just loooove the sound of it in the first part of the song...

Yesterday I completed another song..

P.S. I'd love to take a jump at the mp3s around here, but I am very busy at the moment... school just started again, my weekends are booked up (some more live gigs), and I need to get these mixes finished before the tempo in school goes up...
