I'm considering either the Novation ReMOTE SL 25 or the Edirol PCR-300 32. I'm using Cubase to record, but am getting frustrated with having to use my mouse to tweak softsynths. I'm trying to get into designing my own sounds, and the mouse setup isn't really working time-efficiency-wise.
I'm leaning towards the Edirol at the moment, because of the price. Although I'm not sure given how many parameters there are to control, that more sliders/knobs would mean better. The Novation has an extra row of knobs. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
