So lately I've been recording my own projects and kind of got interested in Studio stuff. Right now i don't have that much gear , I'm using a line6 UX2 and using reaper for recording mixing and mastering. Yes I'm kind of a noob and i would like some advices. Btw the demo here is just a test it's not really one of my songs, its just sumthing i played to test the sound. I would like to know what you guys think of my demo and what do you think of the program Reaper. Thank you in advance for the help and taking the time for helping.

Here's the link for the demo

BTW I'm also using SD Metal foundry in my demos

You should post this in the MP3 clinic for responses.

Get a good basic recording book and read it a few times. Take your time buying new pieces of equipment, buyers remorse sucks. Your system is only as good as its weakest link. Read the manual of each piece of equipment numerous times.

Experiment alot because experience is your best friend.

Read the recording mixing and mastering section of this site daily and sooner than you think it will all start to come together but you need to be patient, Rome wasn't built in a day.

Welcome!
