whats the best way to distribute tracks over the internet if for im wanting to send them (or receive them) to be mixed. thanks

I use yousendit as it has a downloadable program that allows sending of whole folders.

Yeah your gonna have to send it in a folder to be opened up at its destination. When you go to open a file most daw's will let you select multiple or all tracks within a single folder so that you have all of the tracks.
