Adk Gc-1?

Any experiences and opinions about the ADK GC-1 mic? I have a possibility to get it real cheap at a store near me...
 
I'm not familiar with the Gc-1, but I have several ADK mics and I find them to be quite good (not as good as my Neumanns, but a fraction of the cost).

Yes of course you get what you pay for in most cases. Maybe they sell it cheap for a reason :)
 
Ok, here´s a picture, maybe it help some of you mic-experts to say: ahh! That one...

Ignore the kronor-price on it. It is not part of the mic. :)

Oh come on... No one knows ANYTHING about this particular mic?
 
ADK mikes are from the Shanghai factory, though usually with updated electronics. This one may or may not have the better ADK electronics like the A51-series does. Try it at the store on your voice and see if you like it. ]
