Adat to pro tools

hello all, its my first post. go easy.

anybody got any pointers on getting tracks from Adat into protools using an mBox? like, can it be done it one go, all the tracks seperate?

If the M-BOX has a adat optical ((I'm not sure though)) it can be done 8 at a time in 1 pass on seperate tracks

if not -- then NOPE


(I think the M-BOX only has SPDIF)
