Alright all you Homereccers! Pull out your big brains and help the twonker out, please.
I am currently in the market for a recording sound card for my PC. I am currently using and ADAT XT as my A/D converter via the Alesis PCI card to record into Samplitude 6.0.
I have been reading about the Aardvark Aark 24 and the Echo Layla.
Both say they have ADAT optical capability. My question is this, they say that one can use their cards analog and digital inputs simultainiously. Does that mean in addition to the cards analog inputs I can also pipe in 8 tracks via the ADAT?
