Acoustic treatment of small control room (10 sq. m. / 108 sq. ft.)

Hi guys!
I just got a hold of a new rehearsal space that I'm thinking about using as a studio/control room. I would, however, really need some help with the acoustic treatment since right now it's one of those really bass-boomy concrete basement rooms.

Below are two pictures of the room. One from above and one in profile from the left.





My initial idea is to place two big superchunk bass traps in the front end and a couple of smaller absorbers behind the monitors and in the usual angles on the closest wall.
I'm also considering to put in a large absorber in the back of the room.

Is there anything more I should consider?
How should I treat the weird part of the roof that is a bit lower and hanging out a bit in the back of the room?

Super chunks or traps in those back corners, as well, and first-reflection point absorbers on the side walls, and a ceiling cloud over your mixing position.
