Acoustic Song

Just been messing with a new Red5 condensor, made a quick recording of an acoustic song i'm writing. Everythings unfinished but you're welcome to listen and comment.

A melancholy song. The acoustic seems a bit hot to my ears. There is some clipping. Maybe go a bit easier on the gain.

Hmm, theres no clipping to my ears or VU meters.

Nice. Very nice. LOVE the guitars. I do hear the occasional little "click" in the panned guitars. It can't hurt to bring them down a bit. Nice little lead in there too.

Your levels are pretty hot - sounds like a radio ready level - nothing wrong, just an obsevation.... Did you master this through a compressor of some kind? Details?

Once again I agree with Monsieur Rami the guitars are very cool. Sort of an acousitc/electric sound to them. Vocals are spot on with nice intonation overall. How did you position the mic for recording? What pre-amp ?
