Acoustic Guitar: Shure PG81-XLR or Samson C02

I decided that I'm going to become a recording engineer and thought I should get a feel for recording and just do it as a hobbie ... I've read up on it a little bit and it seems for recording just acoustic guitar, a small diaphragm condenser microphone is the best choice. So I've looked around and found two seemingly decent options for my budget, and I was wondering if you guys had any input on this. Also, any separate recommendations between $100-125.

If you can find it an AT3035 is a very good all arround mic that you can pick up cheap right now...they have been discontionued so you can only buy them used, but I bought 2 of them for arround $50 each.
