Accutronics Type 4 Reverb Tank Question

Does anyone know what the input/output on these things are? I'm interested in getting one. Could I just mount it to a peice of wood and use it? Any info on these things welcome.

Any input is greatly appreciated....

You mean like connectors? RCA in and out.
