Dear Anyone.
I'm the bloke, if anyone cares, who started a thread about 'how to play more than one sound at once in Absynth'. And was rightfully told that Absynth was monotimbral and you couldn't do it.
But you CAN if you've got Sampletank. Or anything similar! You see, the sounds in Absynth are .WAVs. So anything that plays .WAVs can play the sounds. I've had 16 Absynth sounds going in Sampletank - there's a few that won't load, why I know not, but I resampled 'em by playing them in Absynth and recording the output with Audacity. The result's passable!
In effect - multitimbrality in Absynth sounds, achieved. I KNEW there must be a way to do it!!
Yours happily
