I searched on the web for some tips about reverb.

Well 2,000,000,000,000,000 links were found. I checked each of them... A Lot of tips but nothing concrete.

I would like to have real examples on how to fake spatial feelings of orchestral instruments on stage.

Something like if you set delay to X the sounds will appear closer or if you set decay to X the sounds will appear. Or a setup example for instruments on a stage would be great.

I will buy Cakewalk FX3 and I use Anwida Soft DX Reverblight

You know something I can start from.

Anybody has links or book to propose ?

Thanks,

SergeD

I think I posted you about this thread in the Cakey forum, but it's okay :)

and...

...if you realy dig the posts, you'll somehow will get the idea. There's no such "better" set for almost the samples are different. It's too vary and subjective. As you mentioned you have the FX3, it has several good preset as the starting point. Tweak from those points. The plug ins however is one of the best I've known... Hope it helps.

I'm hosting some articles written by a couple of our local heros (Shailat & sonusman). One of them is a reverb article with audio examples. Enjoy:

Thank you Slackmaster 2000

I read the article and it's been very helpful. I guess that many of newbies like me will keep this tutorial for learning.
